Delivery times, Delivery methods

I. Delivery time

is dependant on:

a) the length of the text to be translated

b) the deadline for the translation

Standard delivery time is 3 working days for a text less than 20 standard pages. If the text is longer than 20 standard pages, then an additional 6-7 standard pages will prolong delivery by one day. For example, if a translation of 60 normal pages is required, the delivery time is 3 working days + 40/7, rounded to six days. The resulting delivery time for this translation of 60 standard pages is therefore 9 working days.

The express surcharge over 20 standard pages within 24 hours is determined individually. Please contact us directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or request a free price list (see Quote request form or Online Order Form).

Note:

1. If there is no pressing requirement for an express translation, we recommend the three day method, using one translator to ensure consistent style and terminology throughout the text.

II. Method of delivery and actual delivery

Translated text can be delivered as follows:

a) By e-mail, on diskette, burned on CD ROM, printed on paper in a previously ordered amount, or stapled or other forms of binding.

b) For more than 10 standard pages, we provide transport of the finished product by courier at no cost to you (if a printed version, diskette or CD ROM is required)

c) Of course, you can also call into the office and collect your finished product. See Contact Info.
