A birth certificate is one of the most important documents for many official transactions such as instances of lost ID, weddings and others. That is why we provide certified translations of birth certificates in all world languages. It is important to keep in mind that a simple copy of a birth certificate is not enough. If you need a court-certified translation of a birth certificate, the procedure is as follows: A certified, or court-certified translation of a birth certificate will become an integral part of and bound to the document you submit to us. That is why we recommend you obtain a notarized copy of the birth certificate before visiting our office, so that you can keep the original. A notarized copy of a birth certificate can be arranged for you by us, saving you worry with arranging your own notarized copies and a lot of time. You may bring your birth certificate in for translation either in person or you may send it via courier or mail – see our contacts section. If the document that is intended for translation is sent to us by courier or mail, please do not forget to include contact information for yourself – telephone, e-mail, etc. Once we have all necessary documents, we will make an initial price calculation and at the same time ask for a deposit – approximately 50% of the total price for the translation. The standard period for a certified translation is within three business days. For an extra fee it is possible to have the translation done in an express period. In either case we inform you the moment the translation of your birth certificate is ready to be picked up.
