Pokud dokument určený k překladu posíláte kurýrem nebo poštou nezapomeňte uvést kontaktní údaje na Vás - telefon, emailová adresa. Ve chvíli, kdy budeme mít všechny potřebné dokumenty, tak Vám zhotovíme předběžnou cenovou kalkulaci a zároveň Vás požádáme o zaplacení zálohy -  přibližně 50% celkové ceny překladu.
Běžný termín dodání úředního překladu je do tří pracovních dnů, za příplatek lze překlad vyhotovit v expresním termínu, tedy Váš úředně ověřený rodný list můžete mít ještě ve stejný den. V každém případě, ve chvíli, kdy bude překlad Vašeho rodného listu připraven k vyzvednutí, tak Vás budeme informovat.

If you need a court-certified translation of a birth certificate, the procedure is as follows:

A certified, or court-certified translation of a birth certificate will become an integral part of and bound to the document you submit to us. That is why we recommend you obtain a notarized copy of the birth certificate before visiting our office, so that you can keep the original. A notarized copy of a birth certificate can be arranged for you by us, saving you worry with arranging your own notarized copies and a lot of time.

You may bring your birth certificate in for translation either in person or you may send it via courier or mail – see our contacts section. If the document that is intended for translation is sent to us by courier or mail, please do not forget to include contact information for yourself – telephone, e-mail, etc. Once we have all necessary documents, we will make an initial price calculation and at the same time ask for a deposit – approximately 50% of the total price for the translation.

The standard period for a certified translation is within three business days. For an extra fee it is possible to have the translation done in an express period. In either case we inform you the moment the translation of your birth certificate is ready to be picked up.
