In the first place, please do not forget that all documents that you submit to us are usually bound together with the certified translation, and that is why you should have the diploma notarized. A notarized copy can be made at designated places or you can take advantage of our services and have everything taken care of under one roof.

Further, you should deliver all documents to our office, which can be done in person, by mail, or possibly by courier. However, please always include contact information for yourself. As soon as we receive the document intended for translation, we will prepare a preliminary price calculation and you will be asked to pay a deposit. You may pay the deposit in cash at our office or by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.

At the same time, we will agree on a deadline for completion, which is usually within three business days, or for an additional fee, within an express deadline, that is, the same day or within 24 hours. We will contact you as soon as the certified translation of your diploma is ready.
