The process for obtaining a certified translation of a notary record is as follows:

You should always make a notarized copy of your notary record for the reason that the certified translation will be attached to the documents you submit to us. A notarized copy of your notary record can be made by us, saving you needless worries and time.

Once you have all of the necessary documents for translation of the notary record available, all you need to do next is to deliver the documents to our office. You may do this in person, by mail or by courier. However, please always include contact information for yourself, so that we can let you know the estimated price.

At the same time we will ask you to pay a deposit and we will agree on the delivery time of your translation. The usual delivery period is three business days and for an additional fee the translation can be procured in a shortened, express period. That means the translation of your notary record can be ready the same day.
