Translations of Tax Returns

Our services can even be useful in the area of certified translations of tax returns. The procedure for obtaining a certified translation of your tax return is as follows:

The first step is to obtain a notarized copy of your tax return, since all of the documents that you submit to us for translation will have the certified translation permanently attached to them. The notarization can be made at the office of a notary, at a city office or a law office. If necessary, we can arrange notarization for you.

Once you have all of the necessary materials available, stop by our office and let us have all of your documents. The documents you would like to have translated can also be sent to us by mail or courier – but please don’t forget to include contact information for yourself – such as a telephone number or e-mail.

.

Upon receiving the documents, we will make a preliminary price calculation and ask you to pay a deposit for our services, usually about 50% of the estimated price. You can pay the deposit at our office directly in cash, or via bank transfer to one of our accounts. We will also let you know the approximate delivery date for your translation. The usual time for a certified translation is within three business days, but for an additional fee the translation can be arranged within an express period, that is, within 24 hours. As soon as your translations are ready, we will notify you so that you can come pick them up.
